Shearwater Research Inc is committed to providing the highest quality dive instrumentation. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused equipment in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team with your order number and serial number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused dive computer or accessory in its original box, ensuring all manuals, cables, and protective cases are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label or address the package to our authorized service center, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days via your original payment method.
